Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of ai.ardh-consulting.com and related ARDH Consulting services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ARDH provides AI-assisted property evaluation reports, Urban Intelligence tools, invest recommendations, knowledge content, and related features. Outputs are decision-support materials, not professional legal, surveying, engineering, appraisal, or financial advice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.
3. Credits and purchases
Certain features (including Premium reports) consume credits. Credit packs and prices are displayed in the product after login. Credits are generally non-transferable and may be non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing or credit costs with notice via the product.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt systems.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not reverse engineer or scrape the service beyond ordinary use, except as allowed by law.
- Do not use outputs to mislead third parties about property value or legal status.
5. User content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant ARDH a license to process that content to provide and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, branding, software, and ARDH-authored materials are owned by ARDH Consulting or its licensors. You may use generated reports for your internal decision-making; you may not resell the platform itself or claim ARDH endorsement of a transaction.
7. Disclaimers
Reports and AI responses may contain errors or incomplete information. Geographic and regulatory data (including OpenStreetMap and zoning layers) may be incomplete or outdated. Always verify critical facts with qualified professionals and official sources before purchase, financing, or construction decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARDH Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to ARDH for the service in the three months preceding the claim (or, if greater, the minimum amount required by mandatory law).
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ARDH Consulting against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ARDH Consulting’s operations and product markets (including Tunisia and other markets where the service is offered), without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction’s laws. Courts with competent jurisdiction may hear disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
